Vinification:
After destemming and soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel at a temperature that varies between 12-16°C, very slowly to maintain a fresh and intense fruit and safeguard the CO2 that develops naturally.
This wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and remains on the fine lees in steel tanks until bottling, which takes place in January. Then the wine rests on its lees for 60 months before Degorged and packed.

Straw yellow color with green reflections.
Complex aromas with bread crust and sunflower.
Suiting freshness that highlights a great persistence and structure. The flavors are fresh and substantial, tasty and with an ample and silky finish.
