Immerse yourself in the essence of fine winemaking with our private, tailor-made wine tastings.
Each experience is carefully curated to reveal the character, heritage, and elegance behind every bottle. Guided by our sommelier, you will explore rare vintages, signature selections, and hidden gems from our cellar — all served in refined and intimate surroundings.
Whether you envision an intimate moment with close companions or a sophisticated gathering with select guests, we create an atmosphere that blends luxury, expertise, and pure indulgence. This is more than a tasting — it is a journey into flavor, culture, and tradition, crafted for those who appreciate nothing but the very best.
The wine tasting can be held in our cozy Bricco di Nizza tasting room, in the vineyards or outside at our Barriqaia on Bricco di Nizza if the weather allows it.

Vinory — where time slows, and wine speaks.
Vinory is a boutique winery deeply rooted in the winemaking heritage and terroir of Piemonte.
Guided by craftsmanship and tradition, we create wines of clarity, elegance, and authenticity — shaped not by scale, but by a dedication to detail. Each bottle reflects our commitment to honouring the land, respecting time, and elevating the timeless art of Italian winemaking.
Each vintage is guided by instinct, experience, and deep respect for nature’s rhythm. We believe great wine begins long before the harvest — in the soil, the weather, and the choices made with care and conviction.
Our legacy is built not only on what we make — but how we make it. Honest, deliberate, and always in service of something timeless.
We customize the tasting to your tastes and time. Normally a tasting can last from 1 hour to 2,5 hours. Together we find the tasting option best suitable to you starting from 25 €.
