Grapes selected from a single vineyard in Cru Crena in Agliano Terme.
The training system is Guyot and the average density per hectare is 4,500 plants.
Vinification:
the alcoholic fermentation lasts for 10-12 days in vertical vinification tanks in steel with dayli pumping over to facilitate the extraction of the color. Also the malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel. The aging, lasting about 6 months, is divided between steel and bottle.
Description:
Deep ruby red color
Medium intense barbera, spicy and herbaceous in style. Hints of dried strawberries, cherries and incense.
Delicate and light to medium bodied barbera. The wine is easy on the tannins, and gives you a juicy red berry style, with a ouch of green herbs at the end.
