Grapes from our Single vineyard in Cru Bricco di Nizza in Nizza Monferrato.
The training system is Guyot and the average density per hectare is 4,500 plants.

Vinification:
the alcoholic fermentation lasts for 7-10 days in horizontal vinification tanks in steel tanks with steady rotation to facilitate the extraction of the color. Also the malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel. The aging, lasting about 18 months, is divided between Steel, Botti & Barriques.

Description:
Ruby red color, with violet refections
A wine with an intense and rich aroma. It has typical and delicious barbera scents like cherries and blackberries. In addition, anise, vanilla and incense are recognized.
A rich and intense bouquet with ripe cherries, toasted coee and vanilla. Pleasant and gentle tannins together with a suitably high acidity, gives this wine a perfect balance, and a marvelous example of what a barbera should be.
