Grapes from our Single vineyard in Cru Bussia in Monforte d'Alba.
The training system is Guyot and the average density per hectare is 5,000 plants.

Vinification:
the alcoholic fermentation lasts for 10-12 days in vertical vinification tanks in steel with dayli pumping over to facilitate the extraction of the color. Also the malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel. The aging, lasting about 36 months, is divided between steel, Tonneaux and Barriques and then bottled to rest for 6 months before release.

Description:
Light ruby red
Its intens and complex on the nose. With aromas of dark cherry, plum and blackberry along with floral notes of rose petals and violets.
It’s full bodied and velvety, with a smooth and elegant mouthfeel. The flavors are consistent with the nose, with aromas of dark fruit, spices and a subtle earthiness.
