Grapes from our Single vineyard in Cru Bussia in Monforte d'Alba.
The training system is Guyot and the average density per hectare is 5,000 plants.

Vinification:
the alcoholic fermentation lasts for 10-12 days in vertical vinification tanks in steel with dayli pumping over to facilitate the extraction of the color. Also the malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel. The aging, lasting about 36 months, is divided between steel, Tonneaux and Barriques and then bottled to rest for 6 months before release.

Description:
Translucent ruby red
Concentrated on the nose with aromas like cherries, tobacco and rose hip.
Pleasant-tasting cherry fruit palate filled with fine gravelly tannins and a luscious acidity at the end.
