Grapes from a single vineyards located in Cru Montebello outside Vezza, in the heart of Roero and characterized by calcareous-clayey soil. The average age of the vines is about 20 years, the training system is Guyot and the average density per hectare is 4,500-5,000 plants.
Vinification:
After destemming and soft pressing, fermentation takes place in steel at a temperature that varies between 12-16°C, very slowly to maintain a fresh and intense fruit and safeguard the CO2 that develops naturally.
This wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and remains on the fine lees in steel tanks until bottling, which takes place in March.

Pale straw color with green reflections
Intense nose with delicate citrus notes, typical acacia flower scents and grapefruit aromas
Medium to high acidity, very savory, mineral flavor with acid-salty balance, green apples, peaches and grapefruit dominates the aromas.
