Selected grapes from vineyards and vinified in Roddi (in Barolo area).
The training system is Guyot and the average density per hectare is 5000 plants.

Vinification:
the alcoholic fermentation lasts for 10-12 days in horizontal vinification tanks in steel tanks with steady rotation to facilitate the extraction of the color. Also the malolactic fermentation is carried out in steel. The aging, lasting about 12 months is done in grande botti of 2500 liter from frensh oak Allier, before resting in steeltank and then bottled.

On the palate the wine is full of fresh red berries. Its lean and elegant with a noticeable acidity accompanied with well integrated tannins.
